The November update for the LAUNCH X431 XPROG3 introduces several features previously exclusive to the XPROG5. Details of the update are as follows:

- Added mechanical key chip-out MCU file read and write-start function for Discovery 3 (2004-2009), Range Rover (2006-2009), and Range Rover Sport (2005-2009).
Mercedes-Benz V10.80
- Added key disable function for Mercedes-Benz 4th-generation IMMO.
- Added all-keys-lost password calculation and key matching function for W463 (CAN).
- Added key frequency detection function.
- Added 3rd-generation transmission (TCU) read and erase functions.
- Added key adding, all-keys-lost matching and password reading for W230 lock (CHIP method).
- Added all-keys-lost matching and password reading for 215K / 220K (CHIP method).
- Added lock matching key reading via CHIP method.
Fiat V10.65
- Added support for reading and writing MB91F526/MC9S12XEG384 chips in vehicle control units.
Volkswagen/ Audi/ Porsche V10.26
- Added key programming (immobilizer) functionality for Volkswagen and Audi vehicles on the MQB platform (5C/5D systems).
- Added support for reading and decrypting immobilizer data from D7F3624 steering column locks in Volkswagen MQB vehicles.
- Added decryption functionality for FLASH & EEPROM data from DQ400E transmissions.
- Added decryption functionality for immobilizer data from Simos 18.1 engine control units (ECUs).
IMMO Software V12.30
- Added wireless dealer-key generation for Volkswagen 5C/5D.
- Added BOOT-mode engine ECU read/write for Magneti Marelli 4DF, 4GF, 4GV and 4SF.
- Added BENCH-mode read/write for Magneti Marelli engine ECUs 4AF, 6JF, 6J0, 7GF, 8F3, 9GV and 10GF.
- Added Jaguar BCM data read/write with NXP MC9S12XET256.
- Added Jeep/Ford BCM data read/write with Renesas R7F701056.
NOTE: The October update for the LAUNCH X431 IMMO software introduces several exclusive features for the XPROG5. With this update, the software version for the XPROG3 is now aligned with that of the XPROG5.
