
LAUNCH X431 professional diagnostic device can recalibrate the vehicle’s oil pressure. (Oil Pressure Calibration is required after replacing components such as the oil pressure sensor or ECU. Failure to do so may result in abnormal shifting or power transmission.) This article will explain how to calibrate Toyota Corolla HV CVT oil pressure using the LAUNCH X431 PAD V ELITE.
Function Description: This function is used to recalibrate the CVT oil pressure after replacing related parts.

Procedure:
1. Connect the X431 tool to the vehicle. On the X-431 app, click the diagnostic menu and select the vehicle model. The X431 tool will automatically read the vehicle information. This step is often used and will not be described in detail. In the vehicle module menu, select [System List]. Click [ECM (Engine Control Module)] to access it.
2. Choose [Special Function].
3. Choose [CVT Oil Pressure Calibration].
4. Recalibrate the CVT oil pressure after replacing related parts. Click OK.
5. Click OK.
6. Confirm the following conditions and click OK.
7. The screen will show Calibration in process. Wait for the calibration to complete. The X431 device will pop up a prompt. Click OK to exit the function.
Calibration is completed.
