Two ways to activate Smartlink remote diagnosis function:
1. X431 diagnostic products equipped with Smartlink can activate Smartlink remote diagnosis on their built-in APP.
2. Use the browser to visit the website [smartlink.x431.com], log in to the X431 remote service platform and activate Smartlink’s remote diagnosis function.
How to register on the web page, Bind and activate Smartlink:
1. Open the website [http://smartlink.x431.com/login]
2. Select the user type (Common User/ Service Provider)
3. Fill in the registration information
4. Bind and activate Smartlink (enter the serial number and activation code of Smartlink)
5. Enter the card number and password of Smartlink C activation card (number card/time card)
How to contact Smartlink B service provider:
6. Enter vehicle information, contact information, etc. Then publish the demand.
7. Select Smartlink B service provider, try to choose a service provider you are familiar with.
8. Wait for Smartlink B service provider to contact you and negotiate the processing time and other details.
