This article will introduce how to use LAUNCH X431 PAD V Elite + Smartlink C to perform the Injector coding function. The applicable vehicle is the famous commercial vehicle brand: MAN Truck.
Note: LAUNCH X431 PAD V Elite comes standard with Smartlink C 2.0. Because it is equipped with SmartLink C, some users also call it the LINK version (LAUNCH X431 PAD V LINK). LAUNCH X431 SmartLink C 2.0 is a heavy-duty vehicle diagnostic module, based on Linux system, which can replace the old version of X431 HDIII.
First, we need to connect SmartLink to the truck, and then operate the function menu in PAD V Elite.
Open “X-431 HD APP” -> Click on “Service Function” -> Click on “Injector Coding” -> Model Selection: “MAN”
Confirm the software version. MAN Diagnostic Program Software V16.65 or above is required.
Click on “Fuel Injector Code” -> “Read, Write IQA Data“. In the new page we can see the Injector Date, Click on “New Data“.
Click on the input box and enter the value.
Click on “Write”.
Just wait for the program to run successfully, the whole work is completed.
