How to do 2023 Range Rover(L460) Service Reset with LAUNCH X431 Pad VII Elite diagnostic scanner? When the vehicle requries the reset of engine oil, inspection, and service information, execute this function. Read the article carefully to learn the procedure step by step.
- Turn on the vehicle ignition switch, conenct X431 PAD VII connector, and select the Land Rover model software(V34.85 or later).
After entering, choose [Automatically Search].
- In the [Operation Information] diag box, choose [YES] to use online mode for the diagnosis.
After entering the interface, choose [Use DoIP Protocol for Vehicle Communciation].
After a successful login, choose [Special Function] > [Common Special Function] > [Reset].
- Click [Service Message Reset]. A prompt appears stating the battery voltage >12.0V.
If you select [NO], it will prompt that the corresponding voltage is required and click OK to return to the previous menu(the Service Message Reset page).
If you select [YES], it will promt you to turn on the ignition switch, and click OK to proceed to the next step.
- The Service Message Reset Menu is displayed. If you click [Back], you will return to the interface at the start of step3(the Service Message Reset page).
If you click [Full Service Reset], a prompt appears indicating the operation is successful.
