First, on the main interface of the X-431 APP, we can see the “Feedback” option (if you can’t see this option, please upgrade the software), click to enter Feedback.

Select the diagnostic log (the diagnostic log is generally dated for easy confirmation).
Fill in your contact information (Phone Number/Email)
Submission results
After submission, if you want to check whether the engineer responds, you can find your diagnostic feedback submission record in the History option.
