Launch Smartbox J2534 Upgrade Failed Error ID 1004 Solution

Problem:

I got the Launch X431 PAD VII Elite and install j2534.exe program on my laptop. When i try to update smartlink c, it failed me and said Write upgrade failed  (error_id1004 MoveFile). Smartbox j2534 passthru is connected and detected. Any suggestion?

Solution:

Download smartbox J2534 driver and install again.
