Problem:
I use LAUNCH X431 IMMO PLUS to program Mercedes W169 (All Key Lost), and an error occurs when reading EIS: “Data collection failed, try again”, any suggestions?
Solution:
Users need to unlock SGW before programming Mercedes All Key Lost on the workbench. So use the Mercedes SGW adapter and purchase the SGW license package, which can be purchased in the [MALL] menu of the X431 device.
