Launch X431 PAD VII Key Programming Update Error Device No Response?

Problem:

I tried to update key programming and firmware on the Launch X431 PAD VII in order to use the new key programmer menu, but failed to update, WiFi is good, but pad 7 said device no response.

Any solution?
