If the original vehicle computer fails, but can still read data normally. In this case, replace the transmission computer and follow the steps below to erase and re-authorize:
1. Enter the ECU model and enter the function menu.
2. Click [Directly connect to the wiring diagram].
3. Follow the on-screen instructions and click OK.
4.The wiring diagram provides two connection methods: BENCH/ BOOT.
Use BENCH mode to read data from the original gearbox computer. For resetting and personalizing a second-hand gearbox computer, both BENCH and BOOT modes must be connected simultaneously.
5.After connecting the wires, proceed to read the TCU (Transmission Control Unit) information.
6.Once the information is successfully retrieved, select [Read EEPROM Data (BENCH)].
If the BENCH mode fails, switch to BOOT mode.
7.After the original vehicle ECU computer data is read, connect the external ECU computer (both BENCH mode and BOOT mode need to be connected at the same time), and then click on erase.
8.Click on Personalization and select Original Car EEPROM Data Write.
9.Click OK after successful personalization.
10.Finally, read the TCU information again to ensure the ECU has been reset. Afterward, install it in the vehicle for programming and coding.
