Launch X431 Pro Elite Error N616 Download Failed?

Problem:

I was trying to program the FRM module on a Mini Cooper 2010 using Launch X431 Pro Elite. The scanner failed me and reported error N616 Download Failed.

Any solution?

Solution:

Launch X431 Pro Elite CANNOT do BMW/Mini FRM online programming.

Function is not supported by Launch X431 scanner.
