Disaccording SN Problem
These may happen to your device “Disaccording between the software serial No. and Smartbox serial No. Please download and upgrade again or contact local dealer.”
Solution
User Info >> VCI >> Select Device
*If you have more than 1 device, you need to select the exact serial number of this device.
Local Diagnose >> Long press to delete the software that has the disaccording problem >> Delete Audi for example, OK
User Info >> Diagnostic Software Clear >> Remove Software >> Select the software you want to delete: Audi >> Delete
After deletion, if you need to use it again, you need to download it again in the upgrade center.
Click “Delete” to continue.
Software Update >> Selected Audi >> Update
Software has been successfully installed.
Local Diagnose >> AUDI >> OK >> Health Report
VCI Has Been Registered Problem
If you find there’s no vehicle software. And the device prompt “This VCI has been registered under another account” “The VCI you have chosen belongs to another account. You must log out of the existing account first”.
Solution
User Info >> Profile
Check the account you login now, because you may login the wrong account.
Settings >> Log Out >> OK
You have logged out.
Return back to Home page.
Login >> Retrieve Password >> Input device serial number
* The real account that the device is registered will automatically obtained.
*If you forget the password, you can set a new password.
Login the right account.
Login successfully.
