Today I’m gonna show how to program Ford new keys with LAUNCH X431 IMMO PLUS by OBD. X431 IMMO ELITE can also refer to the same programming procedure.

Set ignition switch to ON(Position II)
Confirm VIN code, press “Yes”.
Press “PATS(Passive Anti-Theft System) Programming”.
X431 IMMO Plus will start download & update automatically…
The application enables programming of vehicle keys and matching of the components of the immobiliser system.
Yes >> Count Keys
This routine will show the number of keys programmed to the vehicle.
The number of keys programmed to the vehicle: 3
Press “Erase Keys”.
This routine will erase the vehicle keys.
All of the customers keys must be present and the minimum number of keys required is two.
Press “YES” to continue.
Procedure successful.
A minimum of 0 key must be programmed to the vehicle.
Place the key to be programmed onto the backup tranceiver.
Refer to the owners guide for the correct location.
BCM – Program Key….
Key already programmed.
A minimum of 0 key must be programmed to the vehicle.
The alarm may sound and there will be a 10 minute time delay.
Place the key to be programmed onto the backup tranceiver.
Refer to the owners guide for the correct location.
Key already programmed.
Press “Module Initialization(Parameter Reset)”.
Turn ignition to ON.
Turn ignition to OFF.
Turn ignition to ON.
Turn ignition to OFF.
