This is a tutorial on how to how to add Chrysler key with Launch X431 Key Programmer + X431 IMMO PLUS. The procedure includes generate key, read password and add key. You can use the X431 IMMO ELITE to finish the job as well.
Generate Key
Before key generation, please ensure:
the software is latest, remember the original key chip and detect key frequency.
Vehicle remote >> Chrysler >> Chrysler KeylessGo ID46 433M
Put the new key into X431 Key Programmer.
Press “Generate”.
Burn successfully.
Read Password
Open anti-theft software to add key.
IMMO >> CHRYSLER/Jeep/Dodge >> Automatically search
Please check if there are any other OBD communication components are installed on the vehicle, remove it if Yes and then perform Diagnosis.
Confirm vehicle info.
Attention: The vehicle information is important. It is necessary to report this vehicle information to us if there is a problem during the test.
Immobilizer system detection
Pleas keep the network connection and login normal. Otherwise, the data may be inaccurate.
Immobilizer system selection >> RFH/TPMS(Radio Frequency Hub – Tire) >> OK >> Special function >> Read immobilizer password(PIN Code) – intelligent key/ FOBIK

Please switch ignition off, and turn on emergency flasher.
The read password is 3721.
Add Key
Erase ignition FOBIKs >> OK
This function erases all ignition FOBIKs currently.
Programmed to this vehicle. Place the start switch in the run state.
Enter and confirm the vehicle PIN(personal identification number).
*The PIN can be found by authorized personnel on manufacturer’s website.
View ignition(IGNM/KIN) part information.
The pin Unlock was successful. Continue to erase all ignition Fobiks.
All ignition FOBIKs have been erased for this vehicle.
Change start switch to lock state.
Program ignition FOBIKs.
Performing this function may change the state of the vehicle. Please exercise caution.
Use this function to program FOBIK(s). When the RF-HUB has been replaced or additional FOBIK(s) need to be added. The FOBIK(s) being programmed must be inside the vehicle near the center console during this procedure.
Please make sure that there are no wireless devices(Notebook, scan tool, cell phone) within close proximity of the FOBIK(s) being programmed.
Place the Start switch in the ignition lock state.
Enter and verify vehicle PIN.
View ignition(IGNM/KIN) part information.
Have the FOBIK to be programmed readily available in your hands! Once you continue you will need get into the vehicle(If not already there) and press the Unlock button within 30s.
The key Fobik should be in the vehicle near the center console when the unlock button is pressed and remain there until it is programmed.
Programming of ignition FOBIK successful.
Press “CANCEL” to complete.
BCM(Body Control Module) Replaced
Performing this function may change the state of the vehicle, please exercise caution!
Use this function when the BCM has been replaced. It will backup the secret key value in the RF-HUB to the BCM.
Enter and verify the vehicle PIN.
Program tire sensor identifications
Transferring secret key from the RF-HUB to the BCM.
